Return Policy

At Tripperkicks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Free from any damage, stains, or odors

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at returns@tripperkicks.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive Instructions: We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions
  3. Package Items: Securely package your items in the original box if possible
  4. Ship Back: Attach the return label and drop off at any authorized shipping location

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we're happy to exchange your item. Follow the same return process and specify your exchange preference in your email.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items worn or damaged by the customer
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Shipping Costs

We provide free return shipping for defective items or our errors. For other returns, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
